If you have forgotten the password for your account, go to the Forgot Password, enter your E-mail address in the box, click Submit, and a reset link valid for 30 minutes will be mailed to you. Click the link and you will be redirected to the Reset Password page.

U.S. orders are shipped on FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day or U.S. Postal Service Priority (recommended). Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of the items ordered.

Yes, we do ship on other country, we require overseas shipping to be paid before shipping process.

Orders are processed within a 36 hours after you submit the order to us, you can cancel or change between those time.
